A motorcylist has been seriously injured after crashing near Nelson.
Emergency services were called to State Highway 6's Whangamoa Road about 3:20pm on Tuesday.
The injured motorcylist has been taken to Nelson Hospital.
The road was closed between Hira and Whangamoa, but has since reopened.
