Wellington Electricity said a small number of customers were still reporting being without power after last week's storm.
High winds in the capital saw thousands lose power on Thursday and Friday last week.
Wellington Electricity said it was investigating each power outage call it received, and had been working on restoring affected customers on Wednesday
On Tuesday, it also said it expected to have all customers restored, but later said a handful were requiring meter board repairs.
Wellington Electricity said if any customers were still without power they should contact their retailer and Wellington Electricity would reconnect them as soon as possible.
