Two people have been taken to hospital following a house fire in the Christchurch suburb of Linwood.
Emergency crews were called to a unit on Hereford Street at about 9am on Wednesday.
The two individuals were in a moderate condition.
Fire and Emergency said the fire did not spread to neighbouring properties and was not being treated as suspicious.
