周三下午，华人男子Zongying Diao被警方通缉，并于当日晚些时候被捕。
周四，Diao在奥克兰地方法院（Auckland District Court）出庭受审，罪名为敲诈勒索（blackmail）。
出庭当日，现场配有普通话翻译。
该男子将于11月在Manukau地方法院（Manukau District Court）再次出庭。
