Talking Tariffs with Jeffrey Halley

With the Trump tariffs now on pause - with the exception of China - will the markets soon settle down? And will they have much of the effect that the POTUS intended? Financial commentator Jeffrey Halley was the senior market analyst for Asia Pacific for the OANDA corporation, with his analysis regularly sought by Bloomberg, the BBC, Reuters, CNBC, MSN, and The New York Times.

He joins Jim to discuss world-wide ramifications following the latest announcements from the White House.
