Calls for investigation into murders by mental health patients

The government's chief victims adviser is calling for an urgent investigation after learning of three murders by mental health patients. She wants to know what is being done to stop it happening again. Two of the killers had been in the care of Hillmorton Hospital. Chief Victims Adviser, Ruth Money spoke to Lisa Owen.
