For 13 years the National Fieldays has hosted a Rural Bachelor contest. This year it was revamped and is called the Rural Catch of the Year.
There are four men and four women vying for the title. They're together for a week competing in rural skills tasks and showing their knowledge of the agricultural business.
Five of the contestants, and an extra not connected to the competion, talk about conditions on their farms leading into winter, and how they feel about farming.
