A person has been stabbed after an armed group entered a business in Hamilton.
Police said four people went into the premises in the suburb of Silverdale about 9.15am on Tuesday.
Police found the wounded person when they arrived.
St John said they were seriously injured.
Officers found two of the offenders a short time later and are still trying to find the others.
Police said it was not clear if anything was taken.
