Kiwi ultra runner Ruth Croft has become the first woman in the world to win all three UTMB world series races.
The Greymouth runner crossed the finish line for the UTMB Mont Blanc race in Chamonix, France in just under three hours - a total of 22 hours, 56 minutes and 23 seconds.
She bet out rival Courtney Dauwalter for the race win, who had won three of the previous four titles.
The UTMB win was the final puzzle piece in the trifecta, after the 36-year-old won the CCC 100km in 2015 and the OCC 50km in 2018 and 2019.
She finished second in the UTMB race last year.

Croft battled through hailstorms and freezing temperatures through parts of France, Italy and Switzerland to take out the victory.
In the final 20 metre stretch Croft stopped to embrace and high-five people lining the finish.
Croft told media before the race that "this year is a blank slate".
And now she has made history.
