Both say they will continue as MPs until the 2017 General Election.
Mr Browning was elected to Parliament in 2011 and said his organics portfolio had allowed him to work with people creating a more sustainable future for the country.
Ms Delahunty said she was proud of her eight years as a Green MP, particularly leading the party's campaign for swimmable rivers and her work for a more inclusive public education system.
But she said her time as an MP had not been easy.
"Parliament is somewhere where I've never felt comfortable. I think Parliament is a unhealthy place in terms of power, and I think it needs people like me, who don't feel comfortable. But there are plenty of others coming up in the wings, so I think it is good for the Greens to refresh."
Both Ms Delahunty and Mr Browning said they would continue as MPs until the 2017 General Election.
