Traffic is down to a single lane on State Highway 1 north of Ōtaki after a truck and semi-trailer rolled, catching fire.
Emergency services were called to the crash near South Manakau Road about 5.30am on Tuesday.
The fire is out, but police say the trailer is blocking the southbound lane and motorists should expect delays.
No injuries have been reported.
