Emergency services have helped extricate a person from an Auckland property and taken them to hospital in a serious condition.
St John was called to Rata Road in Whenuapai about 5.20am on Monday.
Fire and Emergency also sent two crews to help.
Emergency services would not confirm how the person became trapped.
