A person has died after a crash in Hamilton.
Police were called to the two-vehicle crash on Norton Road at around 4.30pm Wednesday.
A police spokesperson said despite best efforts of emergency services, one person died at the scene.
The Serious Crash Unit conducted a scene examination and the road is clear.
An investigation into the circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
