A cache of firearms, including assault rifles, has been found in Auckland overnight.
It comes after an incident on Monday night where a gun was allegedly presented at someone.
Police say a vehicle of interest in that case was found parked outside an address in Papatoetoe on Tuesday night.
During a search of the property two shotguns, two SKS assault rifles, a MSSA rifle, and hundreds of rounds of ammunition were found.
