A person is in serious condition after a crash in the Bay of Plenty.
Police said they were alerted to the two-vehicle collision on State Highway 30 in Rotoiti Forest, Rotorua, at around 9:20am on Monday morning.
The road is closed while emergency services are responding.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and take an alternate route.
