There are traffic delays on Auckland's Northern Motorway after a serious crash near the Greville Road on-ramp.
Police were called just after 6.30am following a collision between a car and motorbike.
The motorcyclist was taken to hospital in a serious condition.
One southbound lane of the Northern Motorway in Albany was blocked, motorists advised to expect delays.
The serious crash unit was investigating.
