A person has been injured in a crash on Auckland's Upper Harbour Highway near the suburb of Greenhithe on Tuesday afternoon.
Police said one person who suffered serious injuries had been taken to hospital.
The Serious Crash had been advised and would attend the scene, they said.
The on ramp at Tauhinu Road and one lane on Upper Harbour highway heading towards Westgate are closed.
Police said traffic was building in the area and advised motorists to allow additional time to reach their destination.
