Stuart McNaughton - improving student achievement

Professor of Education at the University of Auckland and Director of the Woolf Fisher Research Centre, Stuart has developed a successful model to raise literacy levels in schools, particularly decile 1 schools and among Maori and Pacific students. He tells us about the programme, and a new scholarship scheme for teachers to learn how to implement it.
