The Prime Minister Bill English talks to the media on his way into the National caucus. He says he's about to outline a potential deal to form "a strong and cohesive Government" with New Zealand First to his caucus, but that he has no deadline for a decision from New Zealand First, other than the announcement promised by Winston Peters for this afternoon.
