Paul Smith : Dunedin Midwinter Carnival

The finishing touches are being made to giant snails, bats, clusters of stars and a multitude of colourful costumes for this year's Dunedin Midwinter Carnival. Due to be held tomorrow evening, this is the event's 20th year and organisers say it will be bigger and better than ever.
