'World's ugliest fish' finishes first in Fish of the Year

It was once known as the "world's ugliest fish", but the blob fish fin-ished in first place in New Zealand's fish of the year competition earlier this week. Fish of the Year spokesperson Konrad Kurta spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
