It's another slow morning on the rail network in Wellington, with trains grinding along at greatly reduced speeds.
After being summoned to the Transport Minister' office yesterday for an urgent please explain - and KiwiRail is now promising to restore services by Thursday.
In the meantime Metlink which operates the train timetable says extra trains have been added to today's schedule.
