Zimbabwe's president-in-waiting Emmerson Mnangagwa has spoken publicly for the first time since yesterday's resignation by Robert Mugabe. He is back in Harare after fleeing two weeks ago to South Africa. Surrounded by at least a dozen suited body-guards and a cheering crowd, Mr Mnangagwa spoke of creating a new democracy during his address. Harare correspondent Aislinn Laing was at the speech and joins us now to describe the scene.
