Landlords lobby group the Property Investors Federation is warning that rents will rise, in some cases by more than $40 a week, if Labour is elected. Labour's housing spokesperson Phil Twyford tells Susie Ferguson it's "self-interested scaremongering". Mr Twyford says increased supply and taxing speculators will bring rents down, but in the interview could not guarantee it.
