Plan to spend ratepayers money on stock fence

The decision to give an American company money to build a six kilometre fence on a landmark high country farm is being reviewed after complaints from environmentalists. They are worried the fence means Flock Hill Station and its precious flora and fauna will be more intensively farmed.
