Winston Peters at Court of Appeal over leaked details

Winston Peters' appeal against a High Court ruling throwing out legal action he took over the leaking of details of his superannuation payments to media is underway. The former Deputy Prime Minister was ordered to pay over $300,000 dollars in costs last year, after he failed to pin a privacy breach against top civil servants, and a number of former high profile National MPs.
