Concerns police text-tracking system 'looks like a scam'

Concerns have been raised about the text-tracking system that police are using to monitor the location of people during the lockdown.

More than 5-thousand people who have recently returned to the country have been sent a text message asking them to click on a link, giving permission for their location to be tracked.
