More than 33,000 Sydney residents, fined for lockdown breaches, have had their infringements overturned. Over 60,000 New South Wales residents were fined between $1000 and $3000 for Covid breaches but the Supreme Court has ruled half of these were invalid because the notices did not provide a sufficiently detailed description of the offence.
