Long tail expected to current AK Covid clusters

New covid-19 cases linked to the Mt Roskill Church "mini-cluster" are still emerging - so how long will it take the cluster to close? Another case was identified late last night - a pupil at St Dominic's Catholic College, the government is yet to confirm if this is related to the Auckland cluster. The total number of cases confirmed to be linked to the Auckland August cluster rose to 165 yesterday, after four more cases were confirmed within those connected to the Mt Roskill Evangelical Fellowship Church group. The Ministry of Health's contact tracing team has identified 3,274 close contacts since August 11th - with 3,228 contacted and self isolating. That means 46 close contacts are yet to be spoken to.
