Some receive 'tsunami' of emergency alerts following massive quake

Some people received a tsunami of emergency alerts following the powerful earthquake that struck off the eastern coast of Russia yesterday with one man reporting nearly 50 of the sirens ringing out of his phone in the past 24 hours or so. Minister Mark Mitchell said the system hasn't been used in sometime and the problems will be taken seriously, with Emergency Management investigating what caused the glitches. Chen Liu reports.
