Nearly half of Kiwi adults say they're skipping going to the dentist because they can't afford it. Research has shown that's costing the country billions of dollars a year in lost productivity and quality of life with constant pain, serious infections and hospital admissions. Today Auckland City Mission opened the doors of its new onsite dental clinic to deliver lifechanging dental care for those that need it most, free of charge. Louise Ternouth reports.
