Increase in dogs tenants can't care for sent to dog rescue

A dog rescue working with Kāinga Ora tenants on desexing their animals said some have multiple breeding dogs and authorities are simply not doing enough. Saving Hope said its increasingly being asked to take on dogs that tenants can no longer care for or have at their properties. Jo Coulam volunteers for Saving Hope Foundation and spoke to Lisa Owen.
