New users of Wellington City libraries up 30 percent

Once upon a time, if someone didn't return a Wellington library book on time they got stung with a fine. But that story has been re-written, with the scrapping of over-due fees in July 2022 and a cost of living crisis being credited for boosting the popularity of Wellington City libraries. Wellington City councillor Rebecca Matthews spoke to Lisa Owen.
