Metservice on wet weather across the motu

There's heavy rain falling on the coast in the Tasman district. The area North West of Motueka is under an orange heavy rain warning. The Buller District Council has partially activated its emergency operations centre due to downpours. The District is under an orange heavy rain warning with 20 to 30 millimetres per hour possible this afternoon. Metservice meteorologist Lewis Ferris spoke to Lisa Owen.
