What do Trump's 'Liberation Day' tariffs mean for NZ?

The US President has anounced wide reaching trade tariffs or taxes on foreign goods imported into the states. They range from 10 to almost 50 percent. New Zealand goods are facing what appears to be a blanket 10 percent import tax. Last year America was New Zealand second's largest goods export market, with a total value of more than 9 billion dollars. Infometrics chief economist, Brad Olsen spoke to Lisa Owen.
