Govt relaxes visa requirements for digital nomads

The government's rolling out the welcome mat to digital nomads, relaxing visa requirements to allow tourists to work remotely while visiting Aotearoa. A visitors visa can be extended for up to nine months and tourists travelling here from countries that don't need tourist visas can simply start working remotely for an overseas employer while on holiday in Aotearoa. The Minister of Immigration, Erica Stanford spoke to Lisa Owen.
