Poverty Bay may soon be given dual name - Tūranganui-a-Kiwa
The Geographic Board has recommended the East Coast be known as Tūranganui-a-Kiwa / Poverty Bay after receiving 600 submissions. Gisborne Mayor Meng Foon is delighted.
