Many tears are being shed at a North Shore primary school today,
Belmont Primary's school principal, Bruce Cunningham, is retiring after more than twenty years in the job.
He's been dubbed at New Zealand's coolest principle by former pupils and parents of pupils alike.
His week has been packed with farewell events and he's been out on the field all morning
