How to build houses with dementia in mind

Dementia affects tens of thousands of New Zealanders and often means they have to leave their homes and move into residential care.

But what if there was a way to keep them living independently in their homes for longer?

That is the premise behind a doctoral research project from the University of Auckland. 

Jane Waterhouse is the researcher, and she joins Jesse to discuss what she hopes to discover from here study.
