The European Union's Pacific Ambassador for the past four and a half years, Andrew Jacobs, is finishing up and returning to Brussels.
He spoke with Don Wiseman about his time and says the remarkable aspect of the Pacific remains the diversity across the 11 states and four territories he is accredited to.
