The American-born percussionist and composer Casey Cangelosi wrote this in 2018 for percussion quintet. It explores different rhythms and tempi before building to an exuberant finale…complete with party poppers!
Casey Cangelosi is Director of Percussion studies at James Madison University. He’s a popular guest artist, hosted worldwide by educational institutions, music festivals and educational music seminars and is also active as a solo performer in many countries.
