What I cover: From dodgy footpaths, berm-wars, roaming dogs, bottle shops, transport woes and illegal dumping to local and governing body decisions that affect ratepayers - I report on local democracy issues across Tāmaki Makaurau.
My background: I started my journalism career in Fiji, before moving to New Zealand to continue my journalism profession. I have been with Stuff News Ltd since 2016, covering communities, Pasifika and Auckland-wide stories. I was named Community Journalist of the Year at the 2019 Voyager Media Awards.
